THE WORK
SET THE TONE.
After some brief sessions with the brand owner, I developed standards for messaging specifically as it relates to the brand. The client insisted on finding a balance between elegant and affordable, often contradictory traits.
APPLY IT TO BRAND.
With almost no staff, the company asked if I could apply these standards to some basic web content. I crafted a very simple Mission Statement built off the framework, along with an About Us.
ADAPT IT FOR AUDIENCE.
As the company’s go-to-market strategy continued to evolve, I helped focus their attention by building a set of personas, along with some brand-compliant sample language to direct their efforts.
